Storefront and glass door hardware
We quote what fits the existing prep: narrow stile deadlatches and their cylinders by quote, exit devices, door closers, and the sweeps and thresholds that finish an aluminum storefront door. Send the part number, or a photo of the existing hardware and the door, with the ship-to ZIP, and the quote comes back the same business day.
Before a deadlatch or cylinder ships we confirm backset and door thickness in writing, alongside handing, finish and keying where those apply. Nothing is promised on stock: what our distributors hold varies by part, and the lead time on the quote is the one that counts.
Keyed alike and keyway matching
Keyed alike across a group of doors, a building, or a customer’s whole portfolio is available through the quote channel. Tell us the keyway already on the ring and we quote cylinders keyed to the existing system, so the replacement does not add a key to it.
Where the keyway is not one we can match from the lines we carry, we say so before quoting. Keys are cut to order, so keyed and keyed-alike orders cannot be returned once cut. That is why keying, with handing and finish, is confirmed in writing before anything ships. Check the keyway against a key in hand before you confirm.
What the trade asks
Do you offer trade pricing?
Pricing is quoted per order. There is no tier program, no trade account and no discount schedule: the price on the quote is the price. Send the whole list on one order and it is quoted as one job rather than several.
Can you blind ship to my customer?
Yes. Give us the ship-to address with the order and the box goes to the job or to your customer, with the tracking sent to you. The packing slip carries no pricing. Items held in different warehouses ship separately at no extra cost, so one order can arrive as two boxes.
Do you sell restricted keyways?
No. We do not supply restricted or patented keyway cylinders, blanks or cut keys. Keyed alike on the keyways carried by our lines is quoted through the quote channel; where a keyway is one we cannot match, we say so.
What is the returns policy on a trade order?
The same as every order. 30 days from delivery, uninstalled, unused, in original packaging, started by email with an RMA. Correctly supplied items carry a 25 percent restocking fee, which is what the distributor charges; no fee and no return shipping cost when the mistake is ours. Cut keys, anything keyed to a system, and special or factory orders cannot be returned. Full policy on the returns page.
