Ground delivery in 1 to 4 business days across the lower 48, and most metro addresses in 1 to 2.

How orders ship

Orders placed and paid on a business day ship the same or next business day, from the distributor warehouse nearest you that has the item in stock. You get a tracking number by email for every shipment.

Transit time

Ground delivery runs 1 to 4 business days anywhere in the contiguous United States. Most metro addresses receive in 1 to 2 business days.

We ship to the lower 48 states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or international addresses today.

Split shipments

Some orders contain items held in different warehouses. When that happens the order ships in more than one box, sometimes on different days. Every box gets its own tracking number and there is no extra shipping cost to you.

Oversize items

Long items such as 7 and 8 foot mullions and 83 and 95 inch continuous hinges ship as oversize parcels. The surcharge is shown on the product page before you buy. We do not send freight quotes after checkout.

Oversize items cannot ship to a PO box.

Signature on delivery

Orders over $400 ship signature required. This protects both of us against a package marked delivered that nobody received.

If a box arrives damaged

Accept the delivery. Note the damage with the driver if the driver is still there, photograph the box before you open it, and email the photos to sales@latchfordhardware.com within 48 hours. We file the claim and handle it from there.

Please do not refuse the delivery. A refused shipment costs more to resolve than a damaged one and it slows down your replacement.
